RoSPA Awards
Festival Place is once again proud to announce that the Centre has been awarded a prestigious Gold RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) Occupational Health and Safety Award for 2011.
The RoSPA Awards, sponsored by NEBOSH (The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health), are designed to help raise awareness and ensure organisations have good health and safety management systems in place, as well as reducing the number of accidents and causes of ill health. Entering the Awards scheme reinforces the message that good health and safety is good for business and clearly demonstrates an organisation’s dedication to the achievement of high level of performance in this crucial area.
Steven Connolly, Centre Director, Festival Place, commented: “The team at Festival Place is very proud to receive this important Award again. Health and safety is a vital part of our long term business strategy and we are delighted that our work to make Festival Place a safe, comfortable and secure working environment has been recognised by the much respected RoSPA.”
