Festival Place Gift Cards can be purchased from the Information Desk Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 6pm and Sunday 11am – 5pm. The Festival Place Gift Card is a full service pre-paid card.
- The card can be spent at any retailer in Festival Place that accepts Maestro.
- Payment for the Festival Place Gift Card can be made by cash, cheque (accompanied by a cheque guarantee card) or debit or credit card (a small fee of £1 per credit card will be charged). Each card comes with a choice of 5 beautiful gift cards and envelope.
- For cash deposits under £500 you will be required to provide one form of ID which can be a credit or debit card or an other form of ID that you may normally carry on your person. We will record your name and address.
- For cash deposits over £500 you will be required to provide one form of ID if this form of ID is 'first class' i.e. a driving license with photograph or passport. If the form of ID is not 'first class' than two forms of ID will be required e.g. non photographic driving license + credit or debit card. We will record your name and address. Personal data is used to satisfy the 'Know your customer' requirements of the Financial Services Authority.
- Festival Place Gift Cards are valied for 1 year.
Card expiry
Please note individual Festival Place Gift Cards expire when the balance of the card reaches zero or 12 months after the date of purchase. This is different to the scheme expiry date shown on the front of the card. The final date an individual Festival Place Gift Card may be used for purchase is printed on the receipt supplied with the card. The Festival Place Gift Card may not be used after this date. If any balance remains on the Gift Card after this date it will not be refunded.
