Q. What is the Festival Place Rewards Club?

A. A new club to reward the loyalty of you our customer.  Forget Tesco Club Card or any other Nectar type offer.  This is not about getting you to spend more money with us so we can give you money off vouchers which will sit in your purse or wallet until you forget about them and they run out.  It’s not about offering you money off attractions at off peak times.  This is about giving you the opportunity to be rewarded for being a regular shopper here at Festival Place.

Q. What will I get then?

A. As a loyal customer we will offer you exclusive offers from our stores and restaurants, the opportunity to be invited to some exclusive events and if you take up these opportunities you can collect points towards a surprise gift from Festival place.

Q. Your events are free so what’s exclusive about that?

A. As a Reward Club member we will arrange pre view nights with key retailers, personal book signings away from the queue, the opportunity to meet the celebrities we have in the centre and pre booking opportunities for our Christmas Grotto.

Q. What sort of surprises will I get?

A. They may range from a free cup of coffee, free car parking, free car wash and access to the Rewards Club chill out zone.  The Rewards Club is all about giving you an enhanced shopping experience.

Q. How do I join?

A. Go on line to www.festivalplace.co.uk and click on the Join now icon on the top right hand corner of the front web page.  Fill in your details and give us a pass word, then submit.  You will then be a member of the Festival Rewards Club, able to access all our exclusive offers and every month we will send you an e mail alert to let you know about up and coming events and activities in Festival Place.  Welcome aboard!
