Valentine Ideas Galore
Festival Place hosted a fantastic, interactive Valentine’s event over the weekend.
TV presenter David Domoney demonstrated a great range of Valentines gifts available from stores in the centre. Retailers thoroughly enjoyed getting on stage with him to promote their gifts.
Roses and bouquets were in abundance with a demonstration on how to hand tie and arrange flowers.
Entertainment was provided by dancers from the Basingstoke Academy of Dancing. Their romantically themed show literally stopped shoppers in their tracks.
Sunnyfields Farm provided a demonstration kitchen in which their Chef presented mouth-watering dishes to woo loved ones using locally sourced ingredients and food from Marks and Spencer. And one lucky shopper walked away with an amazing prize, £300 of Valentine’s gifts.
