To help you decide what to do whilst you’re in Festival Place we have put together a few suggested ideas depending on who you want to come shopping with.
Children
Festival Place has lots of facilities to make your shopping trip easy with small people. There are parent and child parking spaces available near the lifts in the car park on every level. Once in the centre you can push a buggy around Festival Place without having to go up stairs or use the lifts. There are parent and child toilet facilities in all three toilet areas and breast feeding rooms are also available. There are lots of shops for your small one to enjoy including The Entertainer, Modelzone, Hawkins Bazaar, Waterstone’s Children’s section, the Early Learning Centre (open 5 August) and Build a Bear Workshop. For your fashion conscious child why not visit Pumpkin Patch, Zara children’s department or H&M. And if you fancy lunch there are a wide number of restaurant choices offering children’s meals.
A Day Out with Mum
Mums are special and a shopping trip with your Mum can be fun. Festival Place has a huge variety of stores to suit all tastes and pockets. If you like designer wear then head to Debenhams for their range of Designers at Debenhams, check out the cosmetics floor, have a quick makeover or indulge your Mum by getting her nails done. They you could explore Laura Ashley, Phase Eight, LK Bennett, Viyella, CC and Jones Bootmaker. And to complete any outfit you buy why not pop in to Boros for the matching handbag. Or head to TK Maxx, New Look and H&M. For lunch you could treat Mum to glass of wine and bowl of pasta at Ciao Baby or a bowl of noodles and green tea at Wagamama.
Boy’s Day Out
Yes men do go shopping and Festival Place has plenty of stores to satisfy the shopping habits of all men. If its clothes you’re after then head to the Men’s department in Zara, breeze in to Brother 2 Brother which is almost next door and finish your shopping session in Superdry or Fat Face. Then head to I store for the latest gadget and have fun in Modelzone before heading to Lloyds No 1 for lunch and a pint before going home.
Girlie Shop ‘til You Drop
With over 200 stores Festival Place is the ultimate destination for choice and variety of stores for you and your girlfriends to shop ‘til you drop. We have everything for that up to the minute fashion fix. With brands like Warehouse, Quiz, French Connection, Jane Norman and Top Shop plus Zara, Next and TK Maxx you’ll be spoilt for choice. And there is a wide choice of places to stop for coffee on the way round including Starbucks, Costa Coffee and Café Nero. And if you need lunch to stop for a breather then you can choose for sushi at Ta-Maki, a pizza at ASK or a great burger at Gourmet Burger Kitchen.
