Any personal data collected when you use this website will be dealt with within the relevant sections of the Data Protection Act 1998. At Festival Place we operate an ‘opt in’ policy for customers wishing to receive information on forthcoming events and store offers. Festival Place does not share your personal details with any other company.
No 'Cookie' technology is currently being used on this website; however should we choose to use cookies in the future to collect personal data this notice will be amended to explain how such cookies are to be used in the process.
If you provide personally identifiable information about yourself such as your name, address, telephone number ("personal information") by completing an Online Registration Form, by emailing us or otherwise by voluntarily telling us about yourself or your activities, we will collect and retain that personal information.

Festival Rewards Terms & Conditions
1. The Festival Rewards Club is exclusive to customers at Festival Place.
2. The offers are made by individual retailers and restaurants within Festival Place and the terms and conditions for each offer will be clearly displayed on the voucher.
3. Festival Place Management Team accepts no responsibility for the delivery of the offers made by individual retailers and restaurants.
4. The Event invitations are limited and subject to availability. No cash alternative will be offered.
5. Surprises are subject to availability. In order to qualify for surprises points will need to be collected either via logging on to the web site, down loading vouchers or attending events.
6. Surprises will either need to be collected from the Customer Information Desk or will be sent to the recipient in the post. Festival Place accepts no liability for loss and subsequent replacement of surprises.
