The 20 - 22 July will be three days of pure indulgence at Festival Place. Think squidgy cakes, tempting tarts and all things yummy.

Come along on Friday 20 July and see the hugely popular duo from Saturday Kitchen; James Martin and Olly Smith, for some tempting food demonstrations and expert wine advice.

The indulgence will continue throughout the weekend with cookery demonstrations from celebrity chef Rachel Allen on Saturday & Sunday, live music in Porchester Square with Fil Straughan and a Hampshire producers market featuring a variety of local treats; from chutney to chocolate.

The cookery demonstrations for James on 20 July and Rachel 21 & 22 July, will be held in Porchester Square at the following times: 

11.30 till 12.15
1 till 1.45
2.30 till 3.15

Food writer, Susie Carter will also be joining us on stage at 3.30pm each day to demonstrate some of her wonderful 'cocktail and canape' recipes. Susie's recipes feature in Hampshire Life magazine each month.
