Parcel Collection and drop-off:

InPost 

Going live soon - Have your items delivered to our convenient InPost point for easy parcel collections and returns. Find the lockers located on Potters Walk, opposite Sports Direct. Watch the video here to find out more.

Amazon Lockers 

We have Amazon Lockers located in the toilet corridor on the Lower Level between Aray Jewellery and Warren James. When ordering on the Amazon website, look out for the option to select delivery to our Amazon Locker (Bison - Basingstoke) at the checkout. You will then be able to pick up your parcel when shopping in Festival Place.

Gift Cards

You can buy gift cards online. Visit - Festival Place

Lost Property

If you have lost an item while at Festival Place, our team can see if it has been handed in. If it hasn't you can leave your details on our Lost Property database here so we can contact you if it is found in future. Alternatively call 01256 326022.

RADAR Keys 

We stock RADAR keys for our disabled toilets. Please visit Festival Place Reception for more information or speak to any member of the Festival Place team who will be able to assist. 

Car Park Assistance and Payments 

Our team can help with general assistance and advice - please use one of the help points located in the car park and the team will happily assist . Season ticket applications and payments can be made via our website here.

Shopmobility 

Shopmobility offer a range of wheelchairs and electric scooters for hire on a daily or part daily basis. Find more details here

First Aid 

Our trained first aiders are here to help if you suffer a bump or scrape on your travels, speak to one of our friendly Festival Place team if you aren't feeling well, or speak to a member of staff in one of our retailers who will be able request help.
