A1 Authentics is all about sustainable fashion, bring items to consumers that have been saved from being destroyed and put into landfill. 

The main areas of sustainable fashion we cover are vintage clothing, pre-loved (which can be anything from a £5 t-shirt to a £500 coat), rework and customised pieces, and also brand new with tags items that have been thrown away by brands due to seasons and fashions changing, liquidated stock or over stock. 

Our motto is “Rescuing Fashion One Piece At A Time” so whether is a 30 year old vintage pair of Levis jeans or a brand new top, we have given it a chance to continue its life.

Unfortunately, fashion is one of the most wasteful industries in the work, responsible for 10% of the world’s waste. 92 Million tones of textile waste is generated every year, 30% of fashion items are never work, the equivalent of 1 garbage truck of cloth waste is generated every second, and most cloths take over 200 years to fully decompose.

So, we’re just trying to do a little bit to give clothes a second chance and reduce some of the above.
