We are passionate about providing high standards of service, and you will play a key role in creating a fun and memorable experience for our guests.

As a member of the Bar Team, you will be responsible for serving guests, preparing drinks, operating tills, maintaining the bar area and supporting the wider centre during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities
To greet and serve guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard.
To operate tills and computer systems accurately.
To take orders and process payments efficiently.
To check identification and ensure all licensing laws and responsible alcohol service procedures are followed.
To keep the bar, equipment and service areas clean, tidy and fully stocked.
To maintain high standards of presentation throughout the shift.
To work closely with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
To assist in other departments when required.

About You

We pride ourselves on Guest experience and lasting memories, so for you to be successful in this role you will need a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.

Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bar or hospitality experience is desirable, but not essential.
Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.
Flexibility around working hours and shift patterns (availability agreed at interview).
Evening and weekend availability, including the ability to work until midnight/1am.
Ability to build good working relationships with team members and customers.
Must be aged 18 or over.

Our centres are always busy, and the role is varied. You will work with our team to ensure the bar runs smoothly and our guests have a great experience from start to finish.
