Responsibilities:
• Sell clothing, accessories, footwear, and leather goods, as well as related services sucl as styling and personal shopping
• Interact with customers and sales support staff to maximize revenue generation and improve customer experlence
• Assist and inform consumers about offers, including product selection and purchase with a broad knowledge of the organization's policies
Perform store-level support fiunctions, including storage, customer service scheduling, day-to-day operations, cash handling, and loss prevention services AssIst with online orders if a product is not available in the store
.
Previous experience and training
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashior Sector
• Vocational training or equivalent experience in areas related to customer service and sales.
Broad knowledge of the organization's policies, products, and/or services Experience in making online orders and handling inventory management systems Traming in styling techniques, personal shopping, tailoring, and product customization.
Hard skills:
• Knowledge in sales techniques and customer service. Handling of point of sale (POS) systems and invetory management software . Ability to perform administrative and operational tasks in store. •
Soft skills:
Customer orlentation
Collaboration, teamwork, and communication
