To ensure the car park is run in an efficient and smooth manner and to ensure excellent standards of customer service at all times.
To support maintaining a safe, clean, secure and well maintained environment.
Ensure all Pay on Foot machines, entrances and exit barriers are in good working order.
Patrol as areas of Car Park to ensure they meet the required standards
Assist with Traffic Management when required
Assist customers and manage any queries/complaints and where possible dealing immediately with the problem to satisfy the customer or escalate to appropriate personnel where necessary
Ensure cash handling and employee safety procedures are adhered to
Highlight any health and safety issues to the Car Park Supervisor and to those who may be in breach of requirements
Ensure all operational policies and procedures are efficiently carried out and compliant especially in relation to cash handling and employee safety
