Greeting customers, providing product information, offering styling advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments, processing refunds, and managing returns. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve store goals, supporting other team members, and potentially assisting in other stores if needed. Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding sales, customer service, and store operations. MUST HAVE: *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Customer service experience *Strong sales skills *Physical stamina *Positive attitude and willingness to learn *Product knowledge Please do not apply if you have no customer facing experience. -Contract is 4 hrs with overtime. Full flexibly across the 7 days is needed.
