Treat the kids to a fun-packed summer at FP – we've got everything from soft play zones and swimming sessions to cinema mighty mornings, plus special summer workshops and events.
Our Wildlife Wednesdays promise to be a barrel load of fun, as we invite you to get crafty at a series of creative, green-fingered workshops. The four free take-home eco craft workshops will be led by fun interactive characters.

The workshops will take place between 11am and 4pm, on the Upper Level next to the Customer Lounge.
Vue Mighty Mornings are a big experience for little people, with all the best family films showing for just £2.49 per ticket for both adults and children. Mighty Mornings run every Saturday and Sunday from 10am, and every day in the school holidays. Vue Big Shorts are the perfect size for preschoolers, who are ready for a big screen experience but not yet old enough to sit through a two-hour movie. The one-hour toddler-friendly short films, or montages of their favourite TV episode, are available almost every day and tickets cost just £3.99.
Basingstoke Discovery Centre is a fantastic community library that’s free to join and offers an exciting programme of events and fun family activities, while Basingstoke Sports Centre invites little ones to discover the two-tier play structure and soft play zone, and older children can enjoy football, table tennis, badminton and swimming.
Join Lush for turtle-y awesome Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Pizza Parties on Fridays throughout August. Hold onto your shells – there won’t be pizza, but lots of Lush activities to make you feel like a top pizza chef. Try Green Machine bubble bar making, a fun pizza modelling contest and enjoy product demos. The Lush x TMNT Experience costs £15 per person and can be booked here.
Take on crazy challenges and awesome adventures in the amazing Flip Out arena filled with over 50 trampolines,10 interactive climbing walls, two cyber tower courses, a wipe-out machine, battle beams, foam pit, a super scary 28ft drop super slide, and a new laser quest arena.
Go on an epic Escape Room adventure at Escape Hunt, where you can leap into new worlds in specially themed rooms. Whether you choose to fight Daleks, escape from a pirate galleon, track down Aladdin’s lamp, go down the rabbit hole to save the Mad Hatter, or become a super spy, you’ll have to act fast if you're going to beat the clock.
We have many things to help make shopping with children easy and fun, including our brilliant Kiddy Cars, a super-fun way for your little ones to travel around Festival Place for just £3 per hour. Visit the Customer Lounge on the Upper Level to get yours!
When it’s time for a pit stop, enjoy a family feast at one of our many fantastic restaurants and cafes. Most have highchairs and children’s menus, and many have baby change facilities, too.
Our car park has bigger spaces for families with pushchairs and, once in centre, breastfeeding mums can ask to use one of our family rooms for comfort and privacy.
