Carnival capers are on the cards at Festival Place in the run up to Christmas this year.
The carnival-themed Christmas promises to bring sparkle, wonder and a sack load of magic to visitors this year when it bursts into life on Saturday, November 15.
Breathtaking circus acts will be performed around the centre, including the whirling twirling Candy Cane Sisters, mesmerising jugglers, the Five Gold Rings Hula Hooper and the stilt-walking Carnival Belles.
Visitors will be treated to the Carnival Christmas Band, as well as meet the cheeky Carnival Christmas Mice as they cause mischief around the centre. Magical memories will be captured with the towering Nutcracker Carnival Captain and shoppers will get the chance to spin the Christmas Prize Wheel for festive goodies donated by retailers.
The Sing Now and Rock Choir will also be returning to the centre, performing all your festive favourites throughout the day, and children will be able to enjoy free face painting too.
But the fun doesn’t stop there. Each Saturday right up to Christmas, families can enjoy the dazzling spectacles of the circus performers, the spinning wheel of wonder and of course the creative Christmas crafts.
Also making a return to the centre will be Santa and his grotto, Christmas Time, plus family favourite – the festive express train.
