Sweet dreams are made of this – a dazzling dessert parlour is opening at Festival Place this autumn.
The award-winning creators of G Factory specialise in Italian gelato, waffles, crepes, sorbets and sundaes, all made on site.
Thirty different flavours of gelato and fruity sorbets change with the seasons – will you choose white chocolate and lime, dark chocolate and cherry, tiramisu or dragon fruit sorbet? Vegan flavours include cherry, Lotus Biscoff, and pistachio.
Artisan desserts like warm cookie dough, butterscotch strawberry crepes, mango and coconut waffles and Lotus Biscoff Sundae are served alongside specially roasted coffee or delicious milkshakes and smoothies.
Created by Giuseppe Trivigno and pastry chef, chocolatier and award-winning ice cream specialist Chris Zammit, The G Factory was established in Tonbridge, Kent, and the Festival Place restaurant will be the company’s first franchise.
Stylish and modern, the parlour will have a fun family vibe and customers struggling to choose from the dazzling array of flavours will be able to try before they buy.
Guiseppe Trivigno, founder of G Factory, said: “We are very proud to launch our venture at Festival Place which is our first at a shopping centre!
“Chris and I are excited to bring our unique artisan-made Italian Gelato, desserts and cakes to Basingstoke. We have been working hand-in-hand with our franchisee and the Festival Place team to make it a great success.”
Festival Place Centre Director Neil Churchill said: “We are so excited to welcome The G Factory to our already extensive list of food and drink offerings at Festival Place.
“The G Factory is sure to be a wow with our customers, who can settle down to enjoy warm cookie dough or an authentic Italian gelato very soon.”
