Hunt out the Fun at Festival Place this Easter

Fancy a full-on day of family fun with us this Easter? We’ve got a basket full of ideas on how to make this your hoppiest Easter yet, from a munchy, crunchy colourful caterpillar trail to cracking egg hunts!

This year’s star Easter attractions at Festival Place include:

Lush Easter fun: Visit during the holiday for a fun-filled party experience, which includes making a Follow the White Rabbit bath bomb followed by an in-store Easter egg hunt with a special prize to take home at the end. Sessions are running from 11am until noon from Monday to Thursday for two weeks and cost £10. Age four (and at school)+. Booking required.

Smiggle Egg Hunt: Smiggle has an exciting Easter competition running instore and online until Monday, April 10, with £100 worth of Smiggle goodies up for grabs! Just watch the Smiggle Easter cartoon on the plasma screens in store, on the Smiggle website (smiggle.jgl.com.au) or on Youtube (Smiggle TV), and count the number of gold bunnies you see. Then fill out the entry form with the number of gold bunnies you found in the cartoon and, in 25 words or less, explain why you love Easter. Lucky winners will receive a basket full of Smiggle goodies worth £100!

Very Hungry Caterpillar: The Very Hungry Caterpillar is munching his way through the centre until April 15. Snap lots of fun photos as your tiny tots pop through pears, size up strawberries and peer through potatoes on the larger-than-life 3D trail, and enjoy storytelling and crafts on Saturdays between 11am and 4pm. You can also enter our competition to win one of three VHC hampers by filling in the trail sheet that can be picked up in the Customer Lounge or entering online through the link in our Instagram bio @festivalplace.

Pizza perfection: At Pizza Express, there’s a new spring menu that’s seriously hop stuff, with a new hot honey spicy and sweet pizza, the return of the calzone vegan mezze, and three new mouth-watering versions of their iconic dough balls for you to try. Screen time: The big film at our amazing Vue cinema this Easter is Dungeons & Dragons: Honour Among Thieves. Grab a drink and a bucket of popcorn, recline in your comfy leather seat, and follow a charming thief and a band of unlikely adventurers as they undertake an epic heist to retrieve a lost relic.

Hoppy Easter: You’ll have a proper spring in your step at Flip-Out adventure park, where you can have eggsellent hoppy fun! Jump for joy on the trampolines, take on a laser quest, weave through giant inflatables, climb the walls or enjoy soft play.

Easter eggstravaganza at Las Iguanas: Take your little iguanas to Las Iguanas for free on selected dates this Easter! The Iggy & Friends menu is full of choice to keep the little ones happy – perfect for guests under 12. They can build their own meal from options like Wacky Tacos and Chicken Crunchies, then pick two sides and a yummy pud like chocolate brownies or churros with chocolate dip. There’s also a book about the adventures of Iggy & Friends free with every kids’ meal – so book your table before April 16, on any day excluding Saturdays, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
