Our retailers often have deals and offers which we will regularly update here, and there’s many things available in centre, such as access to the free services offered at The Discovery Centre, as well as free help and advice from Citizens Advice Basingstoke. For over 60 years Citizens Advice Basingstoke has provided support to those in need in our local community. With their help, individuals and families have been able to keep food on the table, remain safe and warm in their homes, and feel secure in their jobs.

The Discovery Centre
There are many different ways to save money by using the services available at the Discovery Centre. Borrow books and DVDs for free, download newspapers and magazines for free to your phone or tablet, and there’s even public computers if you need to use the internet.

The Book Barn at Festival Place is a great place to swap books for free! Find it on the Upper Level.
Running low on data? Free WiFi is available all round Festival Place. Just select _Free_Festival_Place from your device.
Stay hydrated! Top up with free chilled water at our Hydration Station - find it next to Lush.
Parking at Festival Place is cheaper in the evenings; just £2 from 5pm (as long as you leave by 2am).
